After School Program

Gordon County Schools' After School Program (ASP) is available until at 6 p.m. each school day at all elementary schools.  Elementary school students attending the elementary school may attend the location's ASP.    

REGISTRATION FEES:

There is a minimum $25.00 annual registration fee for each family who participates in the After School Program and is due at the time of registration. Upon a 2nd stay in After School Care for a drop-in student, the registration fee will be assessed, and families will be billed.  This includes children who are returned to after school care from bus routes when no one is available at home for pick up, as well as those who are not picked up in the car rider line in a timely manner.  Upon pick up from the first drop in, a parent will be asked to provide a future method of payment, including setting up an online payment account.


ATTENDANCE FEES:
The cost for attendance for the first child in a family is $10/day.  For each additional child, fees will be $8/day.  Families are encouraged to prepay and will be invoiced on Friday of each week. A credit card with autopay selected is the preferred method of payment. Any prepayments should be made in advance. 

PAYMENT:
At registration, a credit/debit card should be saved on file with autopay selected or prepayment via cash/check will be required prior to staying in the After School Program.
